Managing commercial & residential projects is a specialty job as it requires indepth knowledge of the industry to transition successfully from one phase to the other.

We represent the client. As appointed Project Managers, we act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for the client to liasion with the multiple stakeholders involved and oversee execution to perfection as per Design drawings and Site conditions.
